Grounds Guys recently installed a French drain in my back yard and releveled my patio. I dealt with Dave the General Manager during the planning a quoting stages, he was great to deal with. Everyone was on time and completed the project in 2 days. Jay the Construction Manager Came to inspect everything and make sure we were happy with the end result. Great work all around from this company…I would use them again.

From the onset their sales consultant, Dave Tomlinson, is knowledgeable, professional and genuine and what I found special about Dave, is his level of customer service whenever you need him, he’s always ready to help in any way he can and makes interaction with the company a pleasure. Special thanks to Dana and the irrigation crew who got us up and running for the season, and were great at troubleshooting a puzzling issue we had with our irrigation, as well as our friendly hard working lawn maintenance crew. Justin and his team are very professional; their work and work ethic are spot on. Justins Wife does beautiful work and can transform any space into a space of beauty. Matt is responsive and on top of all the projects, the weed control. The materials are long lasting. This is our second season working with The Grounds Guys from Barrie and I have not a bad thing to say about this powerful Team.

I have been working with The Grounds Guy for the past year and they are one of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. Dave Tomlinson has been amazing – very knowledgeable, friendly and gets back to me within a day. I’m impressed and pleased by their professionalism especially during this past winter! With all the snowstorms, they never fail to keep clients updated via email to let us know of their schedule and they always show up as expected. The driveways, walkways and stairs are always kept clear of snow – they have made life SO much easier! Last summer, they transformed the lawn and bushes transforming the property back to its former glory. Looking forward to the spring cleanup as I know the quality of work and time spent will be worth it. I can’t recommend this company enough. Amazing customer service!!

I want to give a more current review. This landscape company from the owner to the Administration to the field associates, are professional, resourceful & genuinely caring folks. They arrive at your house with smiles and want to get to work asap. They are very professional, conscious & they take pride in their work. The equipment they use is up to date & well maintained. Their prices & cost are reasonable. Throughout the years I have done business, they continue to exceed our expectations. I use Ground Guys Barrie all year long including the fall & winter ( snow removal,) The ground team is polite, and will ask if you are satisfied with their work . The folks aim to please & it’s a pleasure to work with them year after year. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone: either residential or commercially. The Ground guys, in our case, 3 women, with Rebecca in charge, worked very very hard to remove our existing front lawn and replaced it with topsoil and new sod. They worked steady and meticulously for two days. We are very pleased with our new lawn. Sales person Matt was very helpful to get our project going. We would recommend the Ground Guys for sure.
