I have been a customer of Grounds Guys since 2021. They did an excellent job of installng my lawn irrigation system in July, 2021 and continue to expertly service it throughout each season. I have also received their yearly fertilizing and herbicide treatments to help keep my lawn looking great. This spring, I noticed that there were some weak areas of the lawn that would need some extra special attention to return the grass to its best health and appearance. Since I am hosting a garden wedding of a close friend this summer, I naturally turned to the Barrie Grounds Guys team for their expert lawn repair advice, products and services. I want to provide a "shout out" to Dave Tomlinson in sales, for promptly returning my calls for assistance! Dave visited my property on several occasions to review my lawn's current state and to discuss the timelines and budget I required for the lawn repair program to proceed. In a personable and professional manner, Dave conducted a thorough analysis of my lawn and then provided me with a very detailed and insightful understanding of what my lawn repair requirements would be. On each of his visits to my property, I greatly appreciated how Dave took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions about the company's products and services. I was greatly impressed how he consulted with the entire Grounds Guys team, to create an individualized lawn repair program that is the most efficient and cost effective way to get my backyard "picture perfect" for my friend's wedding! 2024 year started and outstanding service as usual. Second week and Evan already introduced his team and took the extra time to ensure we all met. Outstanding customer service and dedication. Walked the property to confirm everything. Great team. Dana adds the extra personal service on the application side. Between a pre season call and already a heads up this season on what's happening with my program a great team going the extra mile. Ged and Denver fixed 3 of our sprinklers after the neighbours Link On people damaged them putting in their cable line underground yesterday. We just opened the sprinklers a couple weeks ago and they were working perfectly then… The Grounds guys came today and fixed the 3 heads super fast, within a 1/2 hour and checked everything twice to make sure all was good! Great professional and fast service! The entire fix was about $100 for the 3… so very happy now just going to give the bill to our neighbour lol! Thanks Guys! Much appreciated!! 😊👍🏻

Matt is responsive and on top of all the projects, the weed control. The materials are long lasting.
