My neighbour has been using the grounds guys for many years and has a great looking yard. I decided to call them myself, Dave came out and checked out my property, I asked for two separate quotes one for some grading and one for maintenance. I received both quotes in about a week which I thought was a reasonable amount of time due to the time of year.

Great experience with Ground Guys Barrie who go out of their way to please and to accommodate their customers. From the onset their sales consultant, Dave Tomlinson, is knowledgeable, professional and genuine and what I found special about Dave, is his level of customer service whenever you need him, he's always ready to help in any way he can and makes interaction with the company a pleasure. Special thanks to Dana and the irrigation crew who got us up and running for the season, and were great at troubleshooting a puzzling issue we had with our irrigation, as well as our friendly hard working lawn maintenance crew. Five well deserved stars for Ground Guys Barrie!

Ged and Denver fixed 3 of our sprinklers after the neighbours Link On people damaged them putting in their cable line underground yesterday. We just opened the sprinklers a couple weeks ago and they were working perfectly then… The Grounds guys came today and fixed the 3 heads super fast, within a 1/2 hour and checked everything twice to make sure all was good! Great professional and fast service! The entire fix was about $100 for the 3… so very happy now just going to give the bill to our neighbour lol! Thanks Guys! Much appreciated!! 😊👍🏻

Dave came out to our place yesterday and was very attentive when we explained what we were looking for and helped us think of ideas of what would look best! He arrived 10 minutes early which we really appreciated and was very knowledgeable and informative! 2024 year started and outstanding service as usual. Second week and Evan already introduced his team and took the extra time to ensure we all met. Outstanding customer service and dedication. Walked the property to confirm everything. Great team. Dana adds the extra personal service on the application side. Between a pre season call and already a heads up this season on what's happening with my program a great team going the extra mile. Justin puts together a fantastic team here and I'm happy to have this group taking care of my property for another year.
