Sunshine Brands has a fun and unique corporate culture. We call it “The Culture of CARE”.
The values and principles listed below are what guide the culture of care. In the early days, the values of Sunshine were unwritten guidelines that helped guide and direct the way we treated our customers and each other. As the company expanded and branched out to multiple locations it became apparent that we risked losing the core values that made us who we were.
The answer came in the book Live Rich, written by Dina Dwyer-Owens, which explained how to build success in your company and your life with a proven code of values. This book showed us the importance of operationalizing our values and infusing them into everything we do.
We developed our values statement which is now recited and discussed before the start of every day by every team member at every location across Canada and the US. Our Values and guiding principles have become the roadmap to success for our company and the network of franchise locations that make up the Sunshine Brands family.
The Culture of CARE has helped us build success in both our personal and business lives, and we at Sunshine Brands have made it our mission to share "The Culture of CARE!

Turn “I should fix that problem” into “I did fix that problem”.
Be humblePeople with humility don’t think less of themselves, they just think of themselves less. Humility allows us to be more teachable as individuals. Humility allows us to celebrate the contribution of the team as a whole. No matter how well we do as a company, we pledge to remain humble and thankful.
